What this work is
The understanding that makes frontline youth work effective can be taught — but only by people who have actually done it. Our training and consultancy turns a decade of direct experience with serious youth violence, exclusion and exploitation into practical capability for the professionals around young people.
We work with schools, local authorities and partner organisations, offering bespoke training and advisory rather than off-the-shelf packages. Commissioning and referral
Training and consultancy are funded through workforce development and CPD budgets, or commissioned directly as advisory work. We scope each piece with you first — the team, the context and the outcome you need — then design the session or programme around it rather than delivering a fixed package.
Schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities and partner organisations commission this directly. It can be a single in-service session, a programme across a term, or ongoing advisory support as you build or strengthen your own provision.
