This section states, plainly, whether Street Lights is the continuation and rebrand of Andrew's prior work, or a fresh CIC drawing on his personal ten-year record — and which entity holds the 2023 accreditation, the contracts and the insurance. Both are honest and both stand up. Vagueness is the only version that loses trust.
