Hillingdon

Street Lights works across the London Borough of Hillingdon — the outer West London borough that includes Hayes, Uxbridge and the communities around them. Our founder’s frontline experience is rooted here, and so is our understanding of what young people in Hillingdon are actually navigating.

We are a credible, governed organisation that schools, the local authority and commissioners can place alongside the young people who need it most: a named accountable lead, clear safeguarding, and the relational consistency that effective youth work depends on.

Across Hillingdon we deliver the full range of our services — serious youth violence and gang exit, exclusions and alternative provision, SEMH and therapeutic support, child criminal exploitation and safeguarding, healthy-relationships education, training for local professionals, and family support.

Delivery is joined up with the partners already around a young person: schools and PRUs, the local authority, youth justice, and the borough’s wider violence-reduction ecosystem, including work funded through the Mayor of London’s Violence Reduction Unit.
